Educational Qualification & Experience
Master's degree in Social Sciences or a related discipline, or an MBBS degree from a recognized institution. Preference will be given to candidates with an MPH degree.
Job Responsibilities
CIPRB, in collaboration with UNFPA, will support the implementation and quality assurance of integrated SRHR, Family Planning (FP) and Nutrition interventions in RMG factories, urban health facilities and pharmacies.
The position will coordinate with government and private-sector stakeholders to strengthen SRHR service delivery, enhance access to quality care and ensure effective monitoring, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
A. Capacity Development & Mentoring
- Facilitate training, orientation, refresher sessions and on-the-job mentoring for service providers, pharmacists, counselors and relevant stakeholders on SRHR, FP, PPFP, Nutrition and related services.
- Strengthen the capacity of RMG health service providers and pharmacists to ensure quality SRHR service delivery.
- Provide supportive supervision and technical guidance to improve service quality and ensure compliance with national standards.
B. Quality Assurance & Service Improvement
- Monitor the quality of SRHR, Family Planning and Nutrition counseling services across RMG health facilities, urban health facilities and pharmacies.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with national guidelines and protocols.
- Identify service gaps and recommend corrective actions to improve service delivery.
C. Monitoring, Data Review & Reporting
- Monitor programme implementation and service performance through regular field visits and supportive supervision.
- Oversee the use of the Digital Monitoring Tool (DMT) and ensure data quality across all service delivery points.
- Review, analyze and report programme data to support evidence-based decision-making and donor reporting.
- Conduct routine Data Quality Assessments (DQA) and ensure timely submission of reports.
D. Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate with DGFP, DGHS, NNS, BGMEA, BKMEA, BCDS, City Corporations, UNFPA and other stakeholders to strengthen SRHR service delivery.
- Liaise with government agencies, private-sector partners and facility management to ensure smooth implementation of project activities.
- Organize and facilitate coordination meetings, workshops, technical consultations and stakeholder engagements.
E. Resource Mobilization & Logistics Support
- Support the availability and distribution of Family Planning commodities, SBCC materials and other essential supplies at service delivery points.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address logistics and operational requirements for programme implementation.
- Support the implementation of digital health solutions, telemedicine services and entrepreneurship initiatives.
F. Referral System Strengthening
- Strengthen referral linkages between RMG health facilities, pharmacies, urban health facilities and government service delivery points.
- Promote referrals for LARC/PM services, maternal health services and other specialized SRHR services.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of referred clients.
G. Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Document programme activities, meeting minutes, field visit findings, success stories, best practices and lessons learned.
- Prepare technical reports, donor updates, presentations and other communication materials.
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely submission of programme documentation.
H. Community Engagement Support
- Implement community awareness and demand-generation activities on SRHR, Family Planning, maternal nutrition and adolescent health.
- Support outreach activities including courtyard sessions, group discussions, mothers' assemblies and SRHR fairs.
- Engage community leaders, RMG management and other stakeholders to promote service utilization and healthy behaviours.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Bangla and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently within tight deadlines.
