Duration 20 Days (10 June – 30 June 2026)

Salary BDT 2,000 per day (Including Transcription & Translation)

Educational Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Population Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or any other relevant discipline from a recognized university. Candidates should possess a sound understanding of data collection methodologies, research ethics, and field survey implementation. Preference will be given to applicants with 2–3 years of experience in quantitative data collection in HIV, LGBTQI, FSW, or other relevant research fields.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Conduct quantitative data collection activities according to study protocol and project guidelines.
  2. Administer structured questionnaires using electronic or paper-based systems.
  3. Collect high-quality data related to HIV, SRH, LGBTQI populations, FSWs and public health issues.
  4. Ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency and timely submission of data.
  5. Obtain informed consent and maintain confidentiality.
  6. Verify questionnaires and correct errors before submission.
  7. Participate in training, orientation and field testing activities.
  8. Follow research ethics, safeguarding and data protection protocols.
  9. Maintain communication with Field Supervisors and report field challenges.
  10. Submit daily progress reports and required documentation.
  11. Support baseline, endline, monitoring and evaluation surveys.
  12. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Good command of Bangla and English (written and spoken).
  3. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  4. Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
