Division of Finance and Administration

CIPRB uses a computerized accounting system for recording and reporting to donors, internal management and other stake-holders.
Key functions of the Finance and Administration Division are developing, implementing and maintaining the financial planning and budgeting process, multi-donor funded project accounting by following IFRS, GAAP and local accounting practices and relevant laws, monitoring and controlling fund management operations, preparation of financial reports, employment, update/develop of personnel, operational, procurement, bookkeeping, internal audit manuals, risk management and organizational strategy. The Division also liaises with donors, banks, tax authority, insurance, NGO Affairs Bureau, the Government. of Bangladesh and relevant program units. The Department also reviews legal documents  and provides support to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.


Office of the Executive Director
The Executive Director’s Office provides leadership, direction and guidance of CIPRB’s activities and maintains liaisons with development and research partners.

The key areas of functions includes policy development, fund raising, project management, research and publications, human resources, finance, administration, teaching and stewardship and performance management
